Blood type AB

Meat goats and rabbits are very good for blood type AB, and even the meat could be a cure. Marine fish such as mackerel, salmon, sardines are also good for this blood type, however, avoid foods such as crab, shrimp, snails and eels because it could be poison for your body. For blood type AB, the best dairy product is fermented milk, however, not cow’s milk that actually negative effect.

Blood type B

Rabbit and goat meat is very good against the body, so that blood type does not have to worry about eating when dieting. Marine fish such as mackerel, salmon and sardines are also beneficial for blood type B. Blood type B can enjoy almost all dairy products. Olive oil is great for blood group B as well as AB. Green tea consumption is very good for blood type B, however, soft drinks should be avoided.
